Regarding member registration and other specific information, Yipu Pule International’s “Privacy Policy” is protected and regulated.

Member account, password and security

1. After completing the registration process for this service, members will obtain a specific password and member account. It is the member’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality and security of the password and account. If any member account and password entered in accordance with the prescribed method are consistent with the login information, regardless of whether it is entered by the member himself, it will be presumed that it was used by the member himself. The member shall be fully responsible for all actions performed using the password and account.

2. Members agree to the following: If the member’s password or account is stolen or any other security issues occur, the member will immediately notify Pupule International and terminate the use of the member’s account each time the connection is completed. Members’ accounts, passwords and membership rights are only for the member’s personal use and enjoyment, and may not be lent, transferred or shared with others. When the account and password are stolen, improperly used, or in other circumstances where Pupule International cannot identify whether they were used by the person himself, the damage caused will not be caused unless it is proven that it is caused by something that is attributable to Pupule International. Pupule International will not be held responsible. If Pupule International learns that a member’s account password has been used fraudulently by others, it will immediately suspend the use of the account (including the processing of transactions generated by the account).

Protection of children and young people

In order to ensure the safety of children and teenagers when using the Internet and avoid infringement of privacy rights, parents (or guardians) should fulfill the following obligations: Children under the age of twelve should accompany them at all times when using this service. The above teenagers under the age of 18 should also consider whether to give consent before using this service.

Users’ legal obligations and commitments

Members promise never to use this service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner, and promise to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of China and all international practices in the use of the Internet. If the member is a user outside the Republic of China, he/she agrees to abide by the laws of the country or region to which he/she belongs. Members agree and guarantee not to use this service to engage in activities that infringe the rights of others or violate laws, including but not limited to:
Publish or transmit any defamatory, insulting, threatening, offensive, indecent, obscene, untrue, contrary to public order or good morals, or other illegal text, pictures or files of any kind that infringes or damages Pupu International or others Reputation, privacy, business secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights and other rights, violating the confidentiality obligations owed by law or contract, using the service in the name of others to transmit or spread computer viruses without publicity Pupule International’s pre-authorized business activities include publishing, transmitting, and sending spam emails, chain letters, illegal or multi-level marketing messages and advertisements without Pupule International’s permission; or storing any information that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or violates laws on this service. Behavior that causes trouble or displeasure to other users or third parties, or violates general Internet etiquette and causes objectionable behavior. Other behavior that is inconsistent with the purpose of use of the service or behavior that Pupule International has legitimate reasons to deem inappropriate.
